PayPoint launches next wave of national retailer survey

PayPoint has today launched the next wave of its national retailer survey, giving all its independent retail partners the opportunity to provide valuable feedback on the progress the company is making. The survey will be conducted on a regular basis to check in on how retailers feel about their relationship with PayPoint and to identify further areas for improvement in how it does business with its retail partners. This is in addition to the regular national and regional forums that PayPoint holds across the UK as well as feedback gathered from other retailer engagement events.

The survey only takes five minutes to complete and, for the first time, PayPoint will donate £1 to Grocery Aid for every completed response. The survey will be conducted by Verve, one of the leading UK market research agencies, and retailers will start to receive invitations to participate via email from 22nd October.

Lewis Alcraft, Commercial Director at PayPoint, said “Our last survey conducted in 2017 was invaluable in generating feedback to help us improve how we do business with our retail partners. A number of service improvements have been delivered, such as a new phone system dramatically reducing the time to get through to a representative and an improved retailer claims process where small transaction errors have occurred; both driven directly from the feedback received last year.  We understand we still have some way to go so I would encourage all of our retail partners to take part”.
