Elvira Dumitru joins PayPoint Romania as Human Resources Director

Bucharest, 30 August 2016 – PayPoint Romania today announced the appointment of Elvira Dumitru as Human Resources Director. Elvira will be responsible for developing PayPoint Romania’s HR strategy, refining the process for recruitment, development and retention of employees, and aligning personnel policies with the company’s business objectives.

With a background in accounting, financial analysis and human resources, Elvira brings a wealth of experience to PayPoint, including four years at Rompetrol SA and 10 years at OTP Bank. Her experience includes implementing new organisational structures, mergers, performance management and talent management.
