Interim dividend

The board of directors of PayPoint plc (the “Company”) has declared an interim dividend of 12.4 pence per ordinary share for the 6 months ended 30 September 2014. The interim dividend will be paid on 18 December 2014 to those shareholders on the register on 5 December 2014 with the associated ex-dividend date being 4 December 2014.
